    I don't know the stats of your channel, but if you have any non US viewership at all I would suggest you to use also some international unit of measure, as F° are used only in US (probably in Canada and UK old people know how hot is 350°F, but that's it)

    I wonder, for the quiche, if you could create a reverse pie weight situation. EG you use pie weights to allow you to cook the base upside down, and then flip it back round, take away the pie weights, and cook it the same way you did here for the filling.

    Yes you have to fully bake the pie crust. Then turn it over so that the bottom side bakes. You need to crumpled-up foil to fill the inside of the pie crust. So that way when you turn it over it does not collapse. Or find a springform pan that fits the size of your fryer

    I have been experimenting with my airfryer for a while too. My alternative recipe was rice wraps for spring rolls with the apple pie stuffing, and some eggmilk washing. 1010 Would recommend. Hope you can get some more air fryer recipes in your studio soon-ish.

    Regarding the quiche, and the pizza from a prior video…I think anything that completely covers the bottom of the air fryer will limit the air circulation such that it probably won't ever get a nice crust. You may get a better result from a smaller circumference that lets some air in underneath.

    You're doing a great job on this channel and with this air fryer series!
