    Hey girl I'm so sad that I missed you when you went live.. Eating healthy real foods is great.. That's Paleo.. Haha.
    I do eat just 20 carbs a day maybe 22 but I'm like you if it fits in I'll eat it.
    10 lbs is great !!
    Like you I eat No sugar no gluten and no ground nuts.. But I will eat powdered peanut or almond flour that has no sugar in a chocolate pb shake.
    I pray God's very best for YOU.. This is your life and your allowed to do what you want.. I'm not your boss and neither is any one else.. Just Jesus Christ.. And he says is good for food. Is good for food.
    I'll be checking back in to see how your doing.
    I jumped back on the keto band wagon following the Dr. Westman protical.

    Im very happy that you have found something that works for you that you are happy with. I began watching you and loved all your vids because they seemed low carb and keto. The last couple though are becoming kind of like a trigger for me…talking about eating cake, bean, potatoes, sweet potatoes, fruit, etc..that is more like a whole food standard american diet to me… not low carb. I am at a good weight and will stay there

    This is exactly where hubs and I have been for the last year or so. We have many days that are still super low carb (keto) but we do seasonal fruits and vegetables. We started to use raw honey in our coffee and tea rather than the "sugar substitutes" for the most part -wanting to stick to REAL foods. Our food is enjoyable and we don't have to stress as much. I definitely love keto and it has been life changing. The brain healing my husband and I experienced was amazing. My hubs used to deal with PTSD (he's 24+yrs military) and it was so bad we were going to spilt. We are the happiest we've ever been. We are about to hit 23yrs married in just over a month.
    I have come to believe we should be keto at first to heal and low carb going forward. I think it's important to our pancreas to secrete insulin to stay healthy. But, overall the key points to keto, like you said – no gluten or sugar – is vital to health. Avoiding those and eating real food will naturally be low carb.
    It's great to see you in such a good place! 💕

    My life is changing drastically, too. I will be moving 3000 miles away soon and going back to work after 10 years. What an adventure. 🙃 You are a bit ahead of me and give me positive vibes as I embark on something very similar.

    I found best help with Eric Berg, and Dr Becky Gillaspy(u-tubers) E. Berg is the best with problem solving with keto diet… Just so you know I have found his advice works… He explains nutrition why and how to make it work♡♡♡ All the best on your journey…
