There are similar proteins in both hen and duck eggs. If you are allergic to hen eggs, your doctor will likely recommend that you avoid eating eggs from other domesticated animals. This includes duck, geese, quail, and turkey eggs.

When i visit my younger brothers family i make navy bean soup for him. I use ham in the soup. I really don't use recipes. Last time i ground up one large sweet potatoe, a few carrots and onion with garlic. I hand chopped up a couple fresh tomatoes. I just use what seasonings i have on hand. (paprika, chilli powder, onion powder and garlic powder, salt and pepper)
Used instant Pot and it was a simple easy fast meal.
Like i said i use what i happen to have on hand. I have a small cabbage, 1 large zucchini, and some onion in frig. I plan on chopping it all up fine in my ninja chopper and making lentil soup. I personally love lentil soup. I eat it as just soup, then i eat it over rice to mix it up. You can always have buttered toast with soup. I might cook it with large pieces of potatoes to because i like p
    potatoes with lentils also.

The boobie comment is hysterical 😂. Kids say the earnest things. I have 16 and 17 year old girls and still remember some of the silly stuff that came out of their mouths. I miss those days.

My hole garden is in and we might get snow on the tops of the mountains but our banana trees are leafing so time to have it in. We're growing many things that live threw snow. Banana trees , pineapple guava shrubs, pink lemonade blueberries, tiny avocado Tree's outside and there doing fine.

I just had a Diebetic diet class. I knew sugar and carbs effected blood sugar, but also protein a little bit.
    My new diet plan is
    30-45 carbs per meal
    15-20 carbs per snack
3 oz of meat or up to 23 grams of protein per meal.
Meal prep has been a life saver. Thanks for your videos.
