The first time I wanted to make this I tried to measure how much milk it is, so I used google but after like 16 mins It kept saying 1 cup and I didn’t even noticed that. Then when I needed baking soda I had to wait like 15 mins till my mom will give the baking soda, then she said we don’t have any baking soda so I had to put the milk back in and I had to Make something else 😂

Hi, I'm also lactose intolerant and so I used soya milk. Unlike others commenting, my dough was super soggy and so I had to add a lot more flour and a teaspoon of xanthan gum. The rolls looked very anemic and although they taste delicious they were not quite as awesome as yours…..any advice? Thank you

I tried this recipe using oat flour and tapioca flour. I needed to use more than suggested amount stated. I think it was about an extra 1/2 cup. Also, instead of using sugar I added 2 tbsp honey and I used sunflower oil. It took over 1hr for the bread to bake. My family was happy with it. I did hope to try it again and improve on the inside texture. I also used no baking powder/soda. Thank you for this recipe. It is quick to make. 🙂

I quickly noticed my dough was more dense like playdough (not fluffy/sticky like the video). I decided to cut them like biscuits instead of rolling in balls. Glad I did because they ended up being just like biscuits. I googled biscuit recipe and ingredients and measurements were very similar. Was hoping for fluffy bread rolls but at least what I ended up with was still good!

The first taste just like the numbing syringe when going to dentist. Kinda ugh ew but the after taste is fine. It looks kinda raw (?) I assume. Okay, so i used bread flour, it was kinda hard to mix in without hurting my ankles. I brushed the dough with water instead of milk (maybe that's why it tastes like numb medicine lol). Baking powder seems not working like yeast, the outcome just pretty thick. Also i baked with air fryer, the setting was 170 celcius and that amount of time too. After finished i checked it and the surface was white, not golden brown, so i took off the lid and baked for 10 more minutes but still the same then i took out to let it cool down. The surface was crusty so i believed it baked tho lol. Btw 1 measured cup equals 220ml of milk tho, the milk package was that much

I was a bit skeptic, but boy was I wrong. They are not only easy and fast to make, but they taste very very good and the texture is perfect! I think it took me 45 mins from the second I started and until I got them out of the oven. Thank you thank you! ♥

    Looks very appetizing indeed!

But not that healthy: sugar, oil, flower, yeast, and butter ! It must be thousands of calories, looks almost like a pizza bread !

Thank you for this recipe, I stuffed them with pepperoni and cheese before I baked them and topped them with home red sauce before they were fully baked.
My family fell in love with them ! Thank you again
