Usually love your recipes but regarding the broccoli soup – isn't it better to salt AFTER reducing, because otherwise you concentrate the salt and make it saltier than you intended? Also, the broccoli and potato have such different cooking times – I would think you'd want to add the broccoli later to to cook it until just soft for blending, but not longer? I also find that if I add nooch to sauces while they're cooking, the flavour cooks out really quickly, so I usually add it right at the end to retain the flavour.

You done Rachel rayed your pozole. Come on now. I’ve learned how to make a traditional vegan pozole simple yet amazing but I stick to the traditional way of making it. If you want authentic Mexican food ask me I’m a Mexican vegan!

One thing 🤷 I don't understand about vegans. Every recipe you make you want to taste like meat 🤦🤦 that's the one thing you don't eat so I don't get it.you guys are so bystander it's crazy. Don't bother you to kill a plant to get your food so what's the difference between a plant and a animal 🤷🤷🤷 plans are living things also but it doesn't bother you to eat it I think you're by standard 100%

That mushroom soup looks heavenly 🤤 I love soup! I just make a no chicken noodle soup that was super yummy even my meat loving husband loved it! I used soy curls as my chicken replacement.

I love this channel and all the recipes you create but please don’t add beans in to pozole. I don’t mind about people using traditional recipes and making them their own but beans are no no in pozole I’ve seen this type of recipe in the so infamous Rachel’s ray pozole. You can add oyster mushrooms or a meat substitute. We also eat it along tostadas (fried tortillas) and add lime in to it.💕💕

I don't know in what kind of mood you were while filming this video but I am here for it, you made me crack up several times with your slightly sassy comments and just general demeanor 😂. Also, the soups all look delectable! Can't wait to try them.

Thank you for sharing these recipes. I was just deciding which soups to include in my “soup of the week” rotations and all three of these look fantastic. I appreciate your work.
