Those meatballs look so good even though they flattened out and looked like a cookie they still look really good. I bet you they taste really good if you dip them into salsa. That sauce looks really good.

I make myself laugh some times too. Rich bought me 3, i baked them & chop & add to my bowl veg & potatoes. I am just onto the simpler the better, for me. I would try the zucchini sauce tho. Hi Dee!! I bet it feels good to be back home! Your zucchini dinner looked good. So, now you guys are getting some of this hot, hot weather? We're still getting it here! It's hot and humid and miserable. Prepping is still in our blood…for sure! We're headed to do our weekly grocery shop tomorrow and stock up on a few sale items. The last few times we've been to the store, we've noticed more empty shelves; I've had to find a substitute for a few things that I normally get; and, of course, the prices just keep on increasing. Take advantage of sales and BOGO's at the grocery store nowadays especially!! Take care, my friend!
