Made this tonight. Took a little longer than 15 min to get to 145 deg F., but it was good and tender. Roasted some potato wedges with onions and cherry tomatoes.

Are you freakin kidding me?!? That seasoning was out of this world! Absolutely amazing! Thought I would change up our usual salt, pepper and oil routine and found your vid and followed the directions. Was also first time using cast iron skillet.
