Time (and age) has taught me that you can do the same thing many different ways and make it right, AND I'M A CHICKEN RINSER, if it's not rinsed I don't cook it, that is what I was taught. YOU KEEP DOING YOUR THING, EVERYONE ELSE CAN DO THEIRS. ♥♥♥ Just a note I learned about cooking chicken starting with a cold skillet by error, I came home late, two hungry children and my mother, I threw the chicken on the pan, covered med heat and started making the other things and totally forgot about the chicken, when I came to it, it was brown and tasted delicious. But learned from you today to make the little cuts to make the chicken flat. Guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. THANK YOU♥ ALMEDIA.

Chicken is delicious all by itself. Salt and pepper truly are enough to bring out the flavor. Adding a lot of seasings can be good too, but you’ll be surprised if you haven’t tried cooking it more simply. It’s very flavorful.
