Yes ma'am I love the meal prep idea!!! I have just been starting out meal prep, but a lot of meal prep foods seem kinda boring to me. I've been using your recipes for it to keep myself motivated and keep things more interesting, and it is saving me so much time and money and the food is GOOD.

I meal prep breakfast because I’m a zombie in the morning…a rushed zombie that’s trying to get a house full of kids off to school haha! So prepared and ready to pop in the microwave…that’s how I morning rolls!

Hello, lovely – hope you’re well. On days when you’re going to be extra-busy I just wondered why you don’t use a slow cooker? I put all the ingredients in it the night before then put it in the fridge: next morning I switch it onto ‘low’ and 8 hours later our meal’s ready to serve. You can even put frozen meat and veg – it still cooks perfectly every time. Try it and see. xx

Eating out is like, having some person you don’t even know, make your food. Unless of course you’re dining at a restaurant with high standards for quality and reputation. And you’re right, home cooked meals is where it’s at. Nothing can compare.
Wow! You’re so busy. Just remember to find a balance to have rest and relaxation. Be happy not tired and stressed.
Believe it or not, I was thinking if you’re a stay home person, work, or if you do social media exclusively. Right on

This looks so good and money saving! I am going to try making this for the week. Question, how much water do I put in the 3rd dish with the basmati rice? I only have brown basmati rice so was wondering if it would be a little more water?

I like your channel and your stew looks really good. I started prepping about a month ago and so far my favorite that I made was sweet and sour chicken. I have a rotating day off schedule so I usually prep on those days. Always looking for different ideas.
