When I have thin sliced chicken breast I like to mix 1/2C yellow mustard and 1/2C honey together (use more or less depending on how much chicken you have, but keep the same amount of each item 1/4C each, 1/8th cup each and so forth.)

Then I put the chicken in to marinate. St least an hour. Longer is better.
Then I dredge it in italian bread crumbs, pan fry till golden brown and place in oven to finish cooking. This is absolutely delicious. Y I u can also put this on pork chops.

I also do this same recipe using Heinz 57 &honey, using equal amount, then bread. Again. Delish!
Hope you like it. The meat is tender, moist and flavorful. Quick and easy. Serve with any side.

I know I am going to all but faint when I start doing real shopping again. Pre and during COVID, I kept things on hand to help the family but everyone has scattered to the 4 winds, so I am using up what I have on hand and not buying.much. Your videos help me to keep abreast of the increasing prices somewhat. Thanks a bunch.
    Hope your mom improves quickly.

God Bless your family for participating in the Snowflake Tree. It teaches the wonderful feeling of giving while blessing others. You guys had so much fun shopping :-). I hear ya about the sales flyers. I looked forward to going thru them and circling the deals. We can't do that online 🙁 Btw I love potatoes and corn together too. Prayer Flares for your mom to return home soon <3

Hi Jennifer I live in Europe for work and if you think inflation is bad here, you would flip if you lived in Europe. Our Gas is untouchable. Inflation has hit every country very hard. USA is lucky because you have the lowest inflation rate. Love December so much

I really miss the paper ads too Jennifer. Growing up, one of our thanksgiving traditions was to sit up all night the night before thanksgiving. We would wait for midnight to hit and me, my mom, and my big sister would jump in the car & we would go hit the newspaper box so we could get the Thanksgiving/Black Friday special edition Herald Dispatch newspaper. I remember it would be so stuffed with ads. The thing must have weighed 20 pounds or more it seemed like. Lol. We would go back home and we would help mom cook and take breaks together to thumb through the sales ads. It is one of my most treasured childhood memories. ❤️
