    Girrrllllll you did that !!!!!! That barbecue chicken and garlic creamy Brussels sprouts looked amazing. I wish I had a plate. I wanted to mention I do intermittent fasting and at first it was not working out for me but once I incorporated working out daily at the gym and fasting I saw results. I believe everybody’s body is different and reacts differently to certain diets . I found that for me intermittent fasting plus working out is what worked for me and I needed both to see results.

    Hi Tiffany I’m doing the ADF I started last week. I’ve lost about 2 pounds but I can honestly say when it comes down to feast days I’ll do low carb and not keto and I’m not eating that much food. When I fast I fast on water,bone broth and herbal teas. Give it a shot Tiffany 😀

    Hey Sis you look amazing!! I started with IF for 3 weeks 18hr, then I went to OMAD, then I started ADF. Its been 3 weeks and lets just say Im in love!! I never have to count CALORIES or CARBS again!! One day I eat whatever I want in moderation until Im satisfied. Then the next day I dirty fast because I put creamer in my coffee and I take a few supplements. I NEVER feel deprived and I was able to see results physically the first week. I hope you try it❤❤

    Tiffany!!! That’s why we rock with you! Your transparency is on point! We can all relate. We all miss the mark. BUT we all get back up and keep it moving! I’ve recently started ADF but with a twist. On the ADF days I only consume 500 calories. There are a lot of 500 calorie meal ideas on you tube and they’re very good and filling. On my “feed” days I usually keep it low carb or dirty keto. If I cut up one day or have a special occasion I eat what I want then the next day I do a water fast or ADF with 500 calories. My body responds well and I am able to still lose weight!

    Been on ADF since April 1. Some fasting days are HARD but I keep pushing. On feast days I eat low carb not keto. I also do IF 16:8 on my feast day.

    If we can start thinking of our journey, not as a failure,but like looking at a movie,when commercial starts,they don't start the whole movie over,,so our journey will be parties,planned out,,,and go right back,,,allowing for small pleasures during our journeys,,practice,learn,grow,,

    I think once the body gets used to your eating schedule, you won't be hungry. Sometimes we are thirsty and not hungry. I do I/F and it's been good. I am fearful now that I'm at my goal tho. I need to pick up calories cuz I don't wanna lose more, but I have to stay on top of exercising. Anyway, thanks for another good video!

    I will be willing to try ADF please explain how long or how many hours to go without eating also I really understand that's my problem it's very hard this time of the year when you are invited to everything I usually make it a two drink limit and small plate all I can say is we can take baby steps lol

    Great video! When I fasted in the past I'd lose weight but I did gain it back. However food tasted soo good ! lol 😆

    Girl I'm loving this video I always follow u in mostly everything u do on ur channel missing ur hubby baby boy as always the food looks great and I did try intermittent years way before I had my stroke but the Dr said by me being a diabetic he didn't recommend for me to do that but like I said a Dr. not my doctor my doctor name is Jesus but never tried alternate fasting I want to follow u on that if u do it I know u will once u set ur mind to anything u do it so do u girl cause God got us I'm proud of you for all u do on ur channel and wish u nothing but the best in everything u do so u continue to put God first and everything else will fall in place so do what u feel is right for u u know I got u cause God got us take care hello to u and all the family lol let hubby eat at 9 my kitchen is closed at 9 but hubby loves to cook make it an acceptance that's alright save ur part tomorrow don't be surprised if u see me take care In God we trust God blesses us all!!!!!!!!!!

    I have attempted several times adf maybe 2 times and I have lost weight from doing that and no I didn't gain all of the weight back 2 pounds but in total 13 pounds in a month but once on feast day I was eating low carb…for me adf is challenging on weekends because I don't really have a routine so I eat out of boredom…adf does work but stay busy on your fast day

Sidenote: I found. your "I'm a yoyo dieter?" video so relatable (watched it this morning before my workout). I had this dude in my DMs recently giving me unsolicited advice and his tone was very off-putting – and also dismissive of the progress I've made on my journey so far. I was so annoyed. But anyway – let me watch and see what you've been getting into this weekend 💛
