The three things for my husband and I would be 1) HIS Ninja coffee maker, 2) Our Ninja Airfryer 3) The Ninja blender. We also have the Ninja Creami, Pioneer Woman's instant pot, an immersion blender, but if i would leave behind my husband's coffee pot, well……I just may not be here any longer………J/K, but he LOVES his coffee….lol.

For Christmas last year, I bought myself an 8 qt Dual Plus Instant Pot with the air fryer lid. I just couldn't pass it up for right at 100 bucks! I love it! Plus, as it is stainless steel, I don't have to worry so much about any plastic leaching out into my food. 😳 It is really handy for my tiny room as a one pot wonder! 😊

I also love my Ninja blender and my Acekool immersion blender/processor combo, as well as both my Kitchenaid and Acekool stand mixers. The Kitchenaid is more heavy duty, but the Acekool is more portable and handles more volume. 😁

Also, I recently bought a 12-inch electric crepe griddle. I use it to make Nili's crepes/tortillas. I will have to try a tweaked version of Amy's tortillas she posted today, as well! 😊

And, I love my toaster oven to bake my protein bread…I think I pretty much have everything I need appliance-wise. (At least until something new comes along! 🀣)

Yes I use my Keurig in the morning for coffee too but then I use my French press in the afternoon for a cup of decaf. I find that when I have a rich creamy cup of coffee in the late afternoon I eat less for dinner. I think I have to add my French press to that list I love this thing. I broke the first one I had which was my brothers so it was used but then I got a beautiful copper one on Amazon and then I found one at Goodwill for five bucks so I bought it and I put the pretty copper French press on the shelf. It’s a back up lol

You’re not gonna believe this but my friend owns a secondhand store and she does cleanouts of estates and storage units just all kinds of stuff she had a brand-new one in a box the box had been wet and got moldy but inside everything was still wrapped up it had never even been opened. She sold it to me for $25 and it’s over $200 online. The brand is gourmia as well

I got the Gormia from Costco for like $60 it was regular 100. My mother-in-law called me up one day and said hey this air fryer is on sale at Costco do you want it? And I said sure I’ve always wanted one and so she ordered it. I absolutely love it. I have the Insta pot and I’ve used it a few times. I really do like using it I just need to think ahead and use it more

I usually find mine with either foil or the parchment paper inserts you can get. But yes I do my bacon in the air fryer I do my pork and beef roasts in there. I heated up to 400 with the meat in there and then I turn the temperature down to about 325 and then when the 20 minutes is up I reheat it and just repeat this process in an hour I have a perfect roast or chicken. I even do casseroles in it and meatloaf. My new thing is putting pork rinds in there and when they get all shiny I pull them out and I toss them with seasonings from flavor gods and my powdered cheddar cheese I got off Amazon. I also got powdered jalapeΓ±o and my husband loves that as a snack

My career for 46 years was cooked and chef. I have been obsessed with kitchen appliances for over 30 years and I still am and I have some very old ones. My go to appliances nowadays are air fryer smoothie makers and food processor

Definitely the coffee pot is #1, then my Ninja blender, I have the Air Fryer oven that works great. One question for you, when you make mayonnaise, are you concerned about the raw egg? Just wondering. Thanks 😊

Definitely agree with you on the three necessary appliances (4 with the coffee pot). I don't have an air fryer like yours, I have a bigger oven style that has an air frying function. So I am happy not to add that one appliance as I have run out of storage/counter space. I have the 3 quart IP and the IP 6 quart Max. The mini is going with me this year when we go to my mother's house (it is now our summer place) because I truly love doing eggs in the IP and cooking tough roasts. Good choices!

I am on the fence about purchasing an air fryer. I’m not sure I have the counter space, but the recipes in Trim Healthy Future look amazing. But I’m wondering if I would use it daily?
