    Ooohyummy now I’m allowed to eat everything in that except the pasta I wonder if I could have fried tofu puffs instead? Also thank you Wil I got my Cooking with Confidence cookbook today and I am totally stoked it’s absolutely beautiful and easy instructions!     Beautiful. Guess what? I did not have fresh asparagus BUT I had fresh skinny young green beans from my garden. I put them in with the pasta too & it was still a great salad. I am getting your cookbook!

    Our lunch today – such a fantastic harmony of flavors! I actually marinated the cut tomatoes in a little dressing for a while. Used the extra dressing on poached salmon. Delicious!
