    ….and when you’re 50, after many years of eating this much saturated fat and cholesterol, your arteries will be rock hard and occluded. How do carnivores explain the hundreds of peer reviewed studies (anecdotal, observational, and clinical) that show a direct causal relationship to saturated fat and cholesterol in the diet and cardiovascular disease? You can’t just ignore this because you losing weight……can you?

    There is no point of working out because the body can only absorb between 15-30 grams of protein per serving so do not waste your money and time because you will never gain any muscles and you will pee out the proteins I suggest you to just do something else. Eat between 4-5 meals a day to maximize protein synthiziz.

    The idea of gluconeogenesis is not a process that just makes all excess protein into sugar. It is a demand driven process based on many factors so yeah this adds up and makes sense.

    It doesn't spike your blood sugar but it will put the wrong weight on u. Because your body can only digest so much at one time to the fat storage. Then u will keep on not making progress. U will start going backwards.

    My lady there is a reason for this. Your Metabolism is very high and breaks down protein very quickly, hence your physique even with diabetes! But there are others that cannot eat protein like they can other things. Ive heard all protein diet can be life changing, try sticking to it for 90 days!

    Holy shit your blood sugar range is amazing😂my ex had type one and she would be going from 60 to 170 in a few hours it was….my mother manages her type 1 a lot better😂

    Since you are not metabolically sick, it's not an issue. I'm a type 2 diabetic, my blood sugar goes up to 120 with 100 grams of protein. You are not a good role model for those with metabolic syndrome.

    The fat buffered the blood sugar. It's the same reason potato chips dont spike blood sugar like plain potato. Do one where you eat a bunch of very lean protein with no fat and it'll be different

    Salvation cannot come through a church, for no church ever died for your sins. Salvation cannot come through your good deeds, for the Bible says that in God's sight there is none that doeth good ( Ecclesiastes 7:20; Isaiah 64:6). Salvation must come through Jesus Christ, for he did what no church, no religion, no pope or priest or preacher can do – He died FOR SINNERS, was buried, and rose again the third day ( 1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Only He can take away your sins ( 1 John 3:5; 1 John 1:7).

    You can believe on Him and be saved today ( Romans 10:9-10). Otherwise, " how shall ye escape, if ye neglect so great Salvation?" ( Hebrews 2:3)
