The ‘heavy cream’ is sour cream. Says so in the ingredients list. (Click on the purple square and then ‘description’). Didn’t look like heavy cream to me; unless it went bad (curdled). 🥴 I don’t understand why this channel doesn’t correct the copy before the person doing the voiceover records. 🤷♂️🙄

You made a carrot cake and it didn't look simple.
I tried making this today did not come out good for me, I think it was too much oil, had to throw out. Did not cook properly too moist in middle I added more time too it cause too oily but still didn’t work. I will stick to chefs who I know and see who they are making the item. I think temperature was too low. I’m not interested in trying it again too off. Sorry 😞
