    I need to start getting some exercise in. I just can’t do anything stressful on my feet because I’ve had ankle surgery and my ankles sprain really easily and I have asthma so I find I get winded easily. I wish I had room for my treadmill and for my stationary bike that is stuck over at my mother in laws house since we no longer have a full basement.

    Can you please do a video about tips on how to get quality sleep? I always wake up several times a night (for seemingly no reason). Or sometimes, I have problems falling asleep, but staying asleep is my main problem.
