Is the time minutes or hours?
Mine looks like this, except my Instan Pot does not have an adjust button. I just push the Slow Cook button repeatedly for those options.

Don't know how I lived without this for so long! I make dog food for 2 of our dogs https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg (we have 5!) and it is so much quicker in this. Love having the inner pot stainless so I can use my immersion blender right in it without worrying about scratching. It makes potatoes great and fast! Still working on the vegetables, first time came out great, second time I did different ones and they were a little too mushy. Just need to adjust the time. I highly recommend this pot!!!
You failed to mention that the Pot heats up to temperature for 15 minutes before it starts slow cooking. And more importantly, you must add 15 minutes extra for each hour of cooking time. For example, if Crock Pot cooking time is 3 hours, add 45 minutes.
I use instant pot as slow cooker and cook chicken stew. It comes out very delicious. It takes 1 or 2 hours more than slow cooker. That's it.
It is easy though…..

My InstantPot does NOT have an adjust button! What do I do?
Your instruction is somewhat wrong. The instruction that you give for "less, normal, more" is a heat adjustment, not a "pressure" adjustment. Slow cooking is not done under pressure.
