I just got introduced to Wiley’s Green Seasoning. It is absolutely off-the-chain without any meat just creative cooking with peppers, onions sautΓ©ed in olive oil place on top of your clean greens and add Wiley’s seasoning Place a tight fitting top on top and turn down low it will make its own liquid. Then remove the top and allow the liquid to evaporate leaving just a little while stirring constantly so they do not burn. You might need to add a little more oil as your stir cause you are actually frying your greens. Have fun.

Mrs. Cook I simply love and adore your presentations. Definitely broadening my cooking horizon. I am putting together my Thanksgiving family menu items from your shows ie Jiffy-Pe-can cornbread and that delish-looking sweet potato cornbread and your Oreo-Cookie Pound Cake just to name/bake a few right now. Simply adore that scotch-bonnet with the cloves. I am a Restaurant owner/operator in Southwest Ga (Plains, Ga) and I definitely going to try that pee-can cornbread this Sunday for my church and tourist crowd. Thank you Mrs. C. and please keep those very creative soul-good cooking ideas coming because I truly love and support your channel. Mrs. Bonita.

Way to go. Sunday is always family dinner. Good tips. I tend to start early in the morning l, especially when I have dressing with the baked chicken, sweet potatoes, greens, cornbread and Mac and cheese. I like everything to be done by 1:00. That way I can have the entire day with my kids and grandchildren. Good tips. Can’t wait to see more of your videos.

You need to exhibit in your YouTube presentation sanitation and health protocols. Your video fails to show that you have taken precautionary measures to prevent and discourage the transmission of bacterium.

At all times you should be wearing gloves when touching or manipulating the chicken. To avoid contamination, you should not allow the gloves to touch any other surfaces or containers, i.e., countertops, seasonings containers, cooking paper or foil, cutting boards, etc. Therefore, the gloves still be removed and thrown away within touching any item or surface.

It is common for chickens, ducks, and other poultry to carry Salmonella and Campylobacter. These are bacteria that can live naturally in the intestines of poultry and many other animals and can be passed in their droppings or feces. Even organically fed poultry can become infected with Salmonella and Campylobacter.

CDC estimates that Salmonella causes more foodborne illnesses than any other bacteria. Chicken is a major source of these illnesses. In fact, about 1 in every 25 packages of chicken at the grocery store are contaminated with Salmonella. You can get sick from contaminated chicken if it's not cooked thoroughly.
