Ain't nothin wrong with bacon and butter 😂 but I totally understand what you're saying, Myra. Pouring butter and fat on everything doesn't work for everyone (but it does for some…) but you don't have to be afraid of fat, especially if it's healthy, natural fats (not seed and vegetable oils). I also prioritize animal protein, then fat, and use veggies for flavor and small accompaniments sometimes.

I started eating keto in 2019 and lost 70 pounds! I was able to maintain it until early last year. So I got back into it but for some reason, my body will not let go of this weight! I know that I’m eating right but I can’t lose it. I’m discouraged but not giving up. Btw, I use a lot of your recipes! They are really good!!

I would love to see your meal prep of your meat and veggies. I’ve lost a lot of weight, but mainly by fixing my food daily, about an hour before I eat. I eat OMAD (one meal a day) and keep my carbs between 20-25 a day. So if you have any tips, would love to hear and see it.

I started about 6 months ago. I have dropped 2 points in my Type 2 diabetes! An average A1C is should be around 5.6-6.0 mine was 8.4. I was very close to being on Insulin. But since eating Keto I am now a 6.5!! I can not exercise as I have a bone issue and have had 33 surgeries on them. But I did this on diet alone! You guys, it works!! I am not really overweight much. I am 4'10" and weight 125 (give or take a few here and there). I am 64. So it's not really that hard IF you have your food available to you always. It's very difficult if you have regular food and you don't have your supply up. It really isn't costly either. I make a lot of 1/4 lb of hamburger on a keto bun with all vegies I can fit….cottage cheese and you are good to go. Also, the meals that Myra suggests here are wonderful. I make a batch and freeze them for myself in little containers. Easy peasy! Thank you Myra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
