    Such relatable story ..Lulu is inspiring..I need to try carnivore again..I had a really hard emotional stressful period ..completely went to carbs for comfort … stress & trauma is a trigger for me .I was hoping that carnivore would help me with this but it didnt ..Tbh I know I was not eating enough as I was hungry all the time..fear of eating fat is very much still with me 😔😔

    I absolutely love you. You are so respectful, and you listen so well. You’re just such a likable person. I’m in a week on the diet, and I’m starting to lose the energy, but I know the dip is just a phase that goes away. Can’t wait to adapt.

    Dropping cheese as it seems to trigger me into eating carbs. Not sure why. See what happens. Also gave away most of my spices. Will keep butter. Cheese seemed to inflame me as well. Had cashews yesterday and that was a disaster. My tongue went numb and stomach bloated.

    Self sabatoge is what I struggle with all my life. Literally has kept me obese and poor. Ruined career lost houses. Pushed away great women. Ugh. This year U have made great strides and understanding why I have done this. Went 45 days without fast food, then this month I have struggled with it again. Have only gained 2 lbs not 20 so that is a positive. Getting back on track today. I felt so much better eating 95% carnivore. I did 45 days fast food free I know I can do it. Just have to tame that beast.

    I did carnivore before the CCP virus attack used bought a infrared sauna to use daily and also fasted a lot. Made my surfing trip to tofino a little better being in carnivore shape.

    I can relate! I suffer from a form of OCD called scrupulosity which caused me to have terrible panic attacks. My mood and mental health definitely improved when I went low carb.

    Instead of getting just an air fryer, I recommend everyone to get a sous vide. Cook the steak in the sous vide and then sear it in a frying pan, on the barbecue, or in the air fryer. You will get the perfect steak every single time. And I literally mean exactly perfect. That's the power of the sous vide. You have 100% total control over exactly how rare or well-done you want the steak.
