Tenderloin is what I just ate, cooked in my Air-fryer. It is so tender already, I wonder why you would do it sous vide? I don't really like it as it has no fat. Well what you have there does have fat but I never see it looking like that. Usually it has no fat.
Cooking inside plastic, doesn't seem like the greatest idea.
