    That's a pretty neat "grill", good instructions!
    I marinade bone in lamb loin chops in a mixture of olive oil, blackberry ginger balsamic, rosemary, garlic, oregano, basil, paprika & salt and let sit for about 6 hours in the fridge then reverse sear on the weber 22. Turns out really tasty, I usually pull mine at 135.

    Hello Alton. Lamb is defiantly not for me either. I felt kinda bad when Dash made that at your house and he could see by my reaction that I did not like it… didn't have anything with the way he cooked it… just not a lamb fan. I have only had leg of lamb, do the chops taste different? I bet that cherry sauce is rich and delicious. Take care Alton.
