IST Time trying before I saw this video, I put too much in the pan, & they need more space in-between them, Forever trying to get them to the toasted look. We're having a lunch at church, but my car wouldn't start & couldn't get to the store until this eve. So I grabbed frozen pans of Roasted Vegetables, they were not cut evenly at all. Next I'll buy all the stuff & cut it up myself . I hope it's not a complete disaster. Still cooking one more pan with veggies apart from each other. Thank You so much for your teaching

I shake those vegies with oilve oil in zippy bag.
The mistake i made while baking anything other than cake was butter butter paper underneath!!
