    Hi there!
Reaching out from Switzerland, hoping you might help…
3 weeks ago I received my brand new Instant Pot Max, I had been saving money for…
And, stupid me, didn't realize, it was produced for 119V and not 220V. Now the heating element stopped working and Instant Pot doesn't want to tell us, where we could buy a new one for replacement…
My husband checked for some burnt fuses, but all are intact. He thinks it's only the heating element itself (has been measuring).
Could we send you some pictures to see if you had some idea…?

my instant pot still heats up but it no longer cook rice (pot in a pot) in 12 minutes like it used to. it is still soupy. either it does not get as hot or does not build as much pressure. is it dying?

I just received this type of pot for Christmas. A week later I plugged it in, heard a noise and it lite up. Seconds later it quit.
Moved it to another socket and again heard the noises, lite up and started warming. A minute later it went off and won't turn on now. HELP

Thanks for the video. Had the same problem. My young son got his first real set of tools so I showed him the video and put him to task. In about ten minutes he was finished and the IP works great.

Great video. Our IP quit a few minutes ago (literally). Your video popped up, I grabbed my soldering iron (haven't done that forever) and it going strong right now for Christmas soup. The parts inside looked just like you portrayed, especially the discoloration around the relay. I'm impressed that it was so easy. And I'm impressed with your ability to point one in the right direction! Thanks!!
