A keeper. Quickly washing my hands with liquid soap and coarse salt removed the red. Beets were very yum!!

Thanks for sharing this. Beets are supposed to be so good for helping regulate blood-pressure. Going to give it a try.
I like mine mostly pickled, but evry once in a while do enjoy them like this and then finished saute'd with a little butter. That little rig you have seems to be working out quite well !

We don't have an Instant Pot, but can for sure use the old school pressure cooker we have with a trivet. I usually boil beets for my husband. I am not a fan. I don't dislike them, just don't love them. He does, however, so will have to make him some soon. Take good care, Karen.
