    Hey leisa
I made chili using the approved recipe followed all directions left inch headspace. I used quarts but when all said and done took rings off and cleaned the jars they all seem sealed but they all sifened. Are they safe to put on my shelf?
Please help! I watch you all the time your my go to person for help.

Ok. I've always wanted to double up my spaghetti and chili but afraid to because of concerns that they aren't "canning recipes". Something about not enough acid or whatever. Do you worry about that?

I just found your channel. I noticed your canner was dripping water while it was processing. You might want to check your seal. This happened to my brother and his canner went dry and was destroyed.

Hello!!! Came over from Adler farm. I have been looking for a pressure canner but unable to find one. The ones online are at a outrageous price. I canned tomatoes and salsa. Would love to can chili.thanks for sharing 🙂🤗
