Hello, this may sound odd but I can u have a microphone on you. Which type is it? Secondly, what do you use to record your videos?
Protip: put your cubed beef, spaced out on a large preheated sheet pan with some oil and put into a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Pretty easy way to get them browned without having to spend a lot of time on it.
