10 lbs of pork chips is a lot. I might have to see if people want to get a bag together and split them at Keto-Pa-Lou-Za. I think they would be great with any Keto Chow flavor that would make a good ice cream with a bacon mix in. I'm looking at you Chocolate Toffee.

OMG! Thank You! Thank You! I love you two! ❤
I am a severe Celiac and no Gallbladder and recently cut out 97% of the plants, so not totally Carnivore. Pork Rinds are Expensive & scary for me!

🔹In the 1960’s & early 1970’s back home we could find butchers who gave us skins to make ‘cracklings’ as my Hungarian grandparents called them. Where I live now there are no ethnic anything, no Dyngus Sausage and the Polish sausage is bland! 😅😑Yes, I am 60, that is a 10 year old pic, ha ha ha!

These are reasons why I have created 2 new, separate, YT channels and am working on uploading my first videos. People don’t know things that we grew up learning as everyday life. Too many ‘participation awards’ make for less competition & striving. 🤔 Sorry, off my soapbox. Not trying to be spammy, just saying I like you two explaining things very well & I’m Nerdy 🤓 like that too. ❤

I grind up pork rinds to make bread crumbs and keep at the ready in the fridge. I am a solo, so the chips would probably not be good in such a large quantity. Too much of an investment. However, do you think I would have to fry them and then grind them up into crumbs or would it work it I just processed them from chips into crumbs?

I will only purchase pork rinds from Pork King Good. I just got a big box from the last time they had a big rinds sale. I am making my way through their party size bag of white cheddar right now. I would love to make my own.
