    Like you, I hated shredding chicken, so one day my sister showed me a short cut. Put your cooked breast's in a bowl and use a regular hand mixer and it will shred perfectly every time. It's a little tough at first but once the breast's start shredding it goes pretty quickly….and it's a little easier to do when their room temperature. I hope this helps. I LOVE you ladies!!!!
