Thanks for recipe, can we use rice flour instead….soak it for a long while in coconut milk. The thin ones would go very well with curries, kebebs and the thick ones as a desert with cream or honey even berries and fruit.
Also there is this fermented bread from Ethiopia called "Injera", it is delicious and traditionally made from a flour known as "Teff" in Ethiopian. I am guessing Teff is actually either Millet or Sorghum in English, but can also be made with wheat/rice flour mix. The process of making Injera are similar to Wibibi. Look into this ancient bread and try it on your channel.
