I can pump out 270 shells and hour in my home oven… I have dont over 300 different flavors.. fig soaked in liqueur and blue cheese and a touch of chipotle… Ive done everything bagel in the shell and a crab salad inside. On some of the machine whisks, there is a screw in the neck that will adjust the height of the whisk which you can adjust to bring the whisk lower and closer to the bowl.

I’ve been watching chefsteps for years now, basically since the inception, and it blows my mind that you guys don’t upload more frequently. 1m subscriber base could easily be 4m+ if you guys were consistent with uploads, or maybe even did YouTube shorts of behind the scenes etc.
