    Wonderful video!!! I changed the ratios and dont need to rest. I can pump out 270 shells and hour in my home oven… I have dont over 300 different flavors.. fig soaked in liqueur and blue cheese and a touch of chipotle… Ive done everything bagel in the shell and a crab salad inside. Squid ink shell, seafood mousse filling.. Morel mushroom shell and foie gras mousse. ( from Chefsteps)

    I’ve been watching chefsteps for years now, basically since the inception, and it blows my mind that you guys don’t upload more frequently. 1m subscriber base could easily be 4m+ if you guys were consistent with uploads, or maybe even did YouTube shorts of behind the scenes etc.

    Huge fan, but I feel like this channel is slowly dying out. View count drops more and more each video.
