I didn't watch the whole could but the queso recipe will not work. The milk will curdle when cooked under pressure, there isn't enough thin liquid to bring the pot to pressure.
All you'll get is a burn warning and a bunch of ingredients you'll have to throw out.

Maybe he did pressure cook because he talked about adding more water if pot says burn….my ninja says "water" telling you to add water
Did he salute on high when all chili ingredients were added for 20 mins…or did he pressure cook for 20 mins????? I guess saute since the meat was cooked already in saute?
