I feel like everyone who is offended by her talking too much or her being “too condescending” needs to realize: A) it’s her talk show and B) not everyone knows how to cook basics… also, it’s not bland without salt and pepper because the cheese has salt in it. The sauce can be modified without the cheese to be a basic white gravy as well for breakfast.
Rachael absolutely pisses me off when she talks over people… she does this shit ALL THE TIME!!!

no don't rinse your pasta in water after you cook it, it washes away the starches which allow the sauce to adhere to the pasta.
Nutmeg is mac and cheese yucky.
