Oh my goodness ..that looked so delicious. I LOVE radishes, but I have always just had them cut in a salad , on a vegie a dip plate or eating them whole next to a sandwich. I love the thought of putting them on a burger!! I have seen so many different ways people use them now. In place of potatoes in a stew or pickeling them in canning.
