    Wife exact words "This is F DELICIOUS!! She doesn't swear! It was sooo tender and flavorful. The sauce was perfect! I could of gorged myself, it was so good! This is one of our top favorites for dinner!! My wife had a good idea that this would be great with rice croquettes.
    Definitely, thank you for this recipe!!!

    Notes for me,
    I used poblano pepper and 2 tbls of flower because the chicken was pretty fatty. I doubled the chicken season, just because I used thighs and legs. I added more tsp of the seasoning to the saute vegetable when they were done. I lightly oiled the chicken pieces and seasoned them and let them sit for a hour. I have a convection oven and cooked at 350 degs for 1 hour.

    My favorite recipe! It can also be made without the half/half and tomato sauce. Just add 1/2 cup more of the chicken broth. Still turned out very tasty!

    I love learning how to cook your style Mexican foods everything tastes so good. I live in the rural part of Southern Oregon near a very small town
    that only has 3 stop lights. It has a good size store where I shop for all my food needs, This store just opened a section that contains Mexican
    spices and peppers. There were 3 Brands with Mexican names El Guapo, Badia and La Fiesta. All of their spices and peppers were all grown in California. Would you know how I would be able to purchase the spices and peppers that are grown in Mexico only. I want real Mexican spices
    and peppers grown in Mexican dirt. I have canned 12 quart jars of your wonderful BIRRIA WITH BEEF CONSOME. Thank you.
