    I tried these twice and they were so good. The second time I put some fresh Mozzarella on top when serving and it gave it a boost of the “wow factor”. I could honestly have a plate of these mashed potatoes 3 times a day!

    There is more than one way to skin a cat. I use a Kitchenaid mixer with the wire whip to to whip my spuds into smooth fluffy bliss. Yes, I did overwork them a few times when I was learning but now they come out perfect every time. I like Yukon gold potatoes once in a while for a change of pace but for mashed potatoes you really can't beat russet potatoes.

    Use a masher to break up the potatoes and then mix with a wisk so the potatoes get stuck inside the wisk so when you shake the wisk the potatoes fall out of the wisk breaking them apart even more so you'll have super creamy potatoes, and I use 1 part butter for 3 parts potato (by weight not size) and a splash of room temp or warm milk or cream, yes I watched chef John's recipe that he uploaded 6 years ago

    I don’t know exact measurements I do the same amount cause I’ve been doing it for a while

    So first boil water
    pour the powder box in a bowl
    Then pour water
    Then a splash of milk
    Cheese
    Butter
    Splash of milk
    Salt
    Mix
    Wala
