    Hi, I just watched this video and didn't read all the comments. I'm not sure someone has asked it or not. You said to add 1/2 tsp of orange zest into the soup and save the rest to be used later. I didn't seem to see you showing us how you use the rest for later. Is it to add the rest when we eat the soup? Or add it right b4 we turn off the heat something like that? Thks.

    I couldn't find dried azuki beans in our supermarket but I do have prepared canned redbean paste. How much do I use for this soup recipe using that instead ? Is this the same recipe for the redbean ice fountain drink as well ? That is a favorite when we eat out and is ice cream free. Thanks.
