I'm getting my IP air fryer lid from Amazon this weekend and I'm buying a potato cutter tomorrow because the first thing I want to make is fries, but I want to make more! Can I put a second layer of potatoes on the little rack that comes with it and make twice the amount, or should I just load 'er up and stir/shake more often during the cooking process?

I find a hack for making more fries at once!

Put a nice amount of fries in the bottom of the instapot as shown. Then place the broil/ dehydrating tray on top and place more fries on that.

I cooked at 400 degrees f for 25 mins. I flipped them at the 15 min mark. I tried this with wing dings and it was delicious. Same time and temperature.

Oh yeah and to take the tray out to flip the food on the bottom I had to use two of my hand mixer beaters. I stuck the ends of them into the small holes of the tray, pulled back at a slight angle and pulled it up and out.

I’m making them right now! If they turn out I think I’ll try sweet potato next, I have some needing used
Edit to add: I did about 6 potatoes and they ended up a little soft. The ones on top did have a nice crisp to them. I did olive oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Lawrys which is what I usually season my potatoes with and it was tasty
