That looked Great ! Personally I'm not a fan of anything sweet on my fish , so I marinade my Salmon in Italian dressing , then air fry it. Off the charts .
P.S. you should have filmed your fishing trip , we'd love to watch you reel in a monster !

I know this is a air fryer video. I just wanted to share with you a cool idea that I've been doing with my leftovers for the instant pot. What I'll do is put my instant pot in a Ziploc bag and stick it in the refrigerator. Then I'll take the whole bag out of the refrigerator and put it in the instant pot with a cup of water for 5 minutes. Open the top of the bag. The spaghetti, jambalaya or whatever my leftover dish is will suck up whatever moisture it needs from the steam. After 5 minutes inside the instant pot and still in the bag. My leftovers are perfect. Give it a try.

I make AF salmon a lot, and it's always great. I typically do a honey-Soy glaze, and use the parchment paper with the holes in it to keep the skin from sticking to the bottom, which makes for an easy clean-up. I will defiantly try your apricot glaze the next time we make it. I also make Halibut in the AF too, but use a dill/butter sauce with it, and that is fantastic as well. Thanks!

Kristin when I heard you were going to Alaska I mentioned my dream fish there trout and halibut which I would love to go there and catch. You've been blessed with both. They are by far the best fish in the world from there. Thanks for the recipe and I think halibut done that way would be great too. May the Lord continue to bless you and me too with your wonderful recipes. I sure do love you.
