It's hard to find a fresh Tex Mex idea let alone an Italian Mex . I really like this idea and as always,it's easy to tweak to your own taste. Ideas are already rushing through my brain however, pancreas is mad and I cant eat anything right now.😡 I'll definitely give it a try soon though💖
I'm not familiar with the cumin spice. Is it a "hot" spice or does it just add flavor? I like tex mex flavors but cannot do the heat.
