    I'm struggling with meals rn (mainly because I don't have the money to buy anything that can go bad in the fridge) so it's refreshing to find helpful recipies that don't mess with my already poor health. It's so appealing because I can use very cheap ingredients and it's also a dish that can be addapt to those who are picky eaters and don't like certain vegetables. Thank you so much!

    It doesn't need to cook 30 minutes, 2 or 3 minutes boiling would be enough, because after frying 2 or 3 minutes, these vegetables are not raw anymore. If boiling 30 minutes, green vegetables would turn to yellow, e.g. celery, and taste bitter. If use green leafy, leave them to the end, turn off heat, even soup is not boiling anymore, you can add green leaves to the soup and mix them, wait few minutes, greens will become soft.

    Sounds like a bad advertisement, but I made this soup and it was the best soup I've ever had. I over loaded the veggies, blended it, and added lemon juice. Amazing. And healthy. Thanks Doc.

    Love it Dr G, just made the cauliflower dish you described in Your book. I added mushrooms as well and olive oil and ground garlic to the coconut cream. It is my first meal of the day to break my fast from 4pm dinner. Your program has changed my life! You are a world treasure! Thank you for sharing your passion.
