How are you doing today? Iโm having surgery this week and I decided to make a big pot of your homemade chicken noodle soup to help aid in my recovery once I get home. I just got finished making the soup and I canโt tell you just how delicious this soup is!!! The soup is bursting with flavor and I did use the chicken thighs and all the other ingredients too. The only thing I canโt find that brand of noodle so I just used another brand. I have never made chicken noodle soup from scratch, but I can certainly say I will never buy another can of chicken noodle soup again. Itโs so creamy and delicious all I can say is YUM YUM YUM!! THANK YOU
Gina! Soak a piece of paper towel with water and keep it next to the cutting board while cutting onions. I donโt know why, but it really works keeping your eyes from watering ๐
