I supper love the way your food looks. I do have a question, what would be a better traditional meal of spicy chili? I seen barria, charrio, and chili con carne. Some is ment to have beans other is not traditionally from what I gathered online. I like beans kidney beans are good and I like Serrano heat level is good, maybe de arbol level. Can you help me out in a suggestion to make a spicy chili that would be good to serve. I want to represent mexican culture food that I love even though I am Anglo-Saxon American culture that enjoys heat. Thank you for any input and reading.

Hi Claudia, quick question/suggestion for you. I heard someone describing Cream of Poblano soup. I absolutely love Poblanos, and this sounded delicious. Have you ever had this, and would you consider trying to come up with a Cooking Con Claudia version? I’m sure it’d be a big hit.

Claudia have you ever had chile rellenos salvadorenos? They are a bit different from the Mexican chile rellenos, could you make a video teaching how to make these possibly? I loved your pupusa video so I thought you may be open to it 🥰
