I have had my Power Pressure Cooker XL for almost 6 years. do7.pl/Power I use it almost every day and absolutely love it! I have never had an issue of any kind. Everything I cook comes out perfectly. I would suggest googling hacks for it. The most helpful one I found was always letting it naturally release pressure when cooking meats. Quick release causes the meat to toughen. It's also the best way to cook hard boiled eggs in 6 minutes to perfection, be it one or a dozen. I would recommend this product to anyone, and do.

How could you not used dried marjoram with these pork chops! That flavor combo is heavenly and goes together like a cold hand in a warm glove! Marjoram goes well with hamburgers/meat loaf as well!

I am going to try this tonight but I have to say I"m a little dissapointed in how confusing teh instructions are. They video instruction doesn't match the writtien instruction very well at all. HOw much wine do you use? And in the video he says lemon juice but the written instructions says to use lime juice? And then what about the flour? YOu can gather some of this info from otehr comments but it would be nice if the video explained the recipe to match instructions

a good tip is to add the onions to the pot after searing the pork chops and let them caramelize a bit before adding the wine to de glaze the pot that will add more flavour to the dish.

My 2 cents after trying to make this…cut down on all the liquids mentioned by 25%…and don't add the slurry until after done cooking. Next time i will also sear it in a pan, after pressure cooking to thicken up gravy and give it more flavor.
