Mine stays soggy because the lid traps moisture in unlike an oven that doesn't. Trying another batch with lid cracked.

I tried this…but I think it is the reason why my slowcooker insert cracked, because there is no liquid and enough contents in the pot during breadmaking, so the insert got too hot.
