I have watches 4 of your videos in a row. Love all the information. Very well detailed. I have noticed that you sniffle a lot. Perhaps an allergy remedy would help. If you chose a home remedy, it would be interesting to have a video on that and your journey of finding the best one for you.
    Thank you.

Hi Mary, I'm a relatively new viewer and toxicologist and just wanted to mention about washing your fruits, the vinegar & baking soda neutralize each other, and, as most pesticides are lipophillic (fat-loving) they won't really dissolve in the vinegar at all. Not only that, but most often the pesticides are underneath the wax layer so if you don't remove that before washing im not sure it would do much. I just wash my lemons and stuff in hot soapy water, long enough to melt the wax and let the soap remove anything underneath. Just be sure to rinse it well afterward lol!!
Following this recipe for a chicken bone broth for a gumbo I'm making, hope it turns out well 💕

One tip that makes the broth extra yummy is to brown the bones in the oven first!. They should be brown, but not burned The stock will be extra rich.

I've always made my broth in the pressure cooker. Now I have the Instant Pot, I'll be doing it in that. While cooker is open, I bring water to a simmer, and skim off some of the foam that comes to the surface, then close. I too, would not add garlic until done – find it bitter. I just use one chicken carcass – no room in my tiny freezer to save up.
I only leave it on for just 40 minutes(pressure cooking is very fast). It's gelatinous, but certainly not as good as your geletin.

Shelly, thanks for the suggestion of reducing the broth to half, or even 1/4. I'll definitely try that

Love, Love, Love, ALL your videos so thank you Mary! In reference to the garlic. Just sharing how I cook with garlic. First off, I can't get enough of garlic just to let you know where I stand. What I do is I put some garlic in the pot to begin with and then I put some in towards the end, so what we have is a layered effect. You are so precious and most knowledgeable. We appreciate your wealth of information and your graciousness. Bountiful and Boundless Blessings to you and your family.

Just came across your channel, wow! I have been making beef bone marrow broth for awhile now in my instant pot, I give my pupper the bones for a treat after I am done with them. I found a recipe and just stuck with it. I have thoroughly enjoyed it to date. Now, I cannot wait to try yours! I also cannot wait to try the chicken broth. Just curiously, why do you drink the beef broth everyday, and not the chicken? Also, I noticed the yellow tea pot on your counter behind you, that is one of the only things of my mother's that I was able to salvage, I still have it to this day. Brings such sweet memories. Thanks for your amazing videos. I too lived in cental TX, I can relate.
