I've also shared your channel with my wife and two sons, both of whom love to cook. I've lived in Dallas, TX for most of my life so I'm a Mexican food junkie! I can't wait to try this one. My wife and I frequently vacation in Cabo San Lucas and get our regular "fix" for tamales from a cart in the square in San Jose del Cabo.

Looking really good folks. One thing for sure these days, too many people are dinning out or picking up foods from restaurants and/or fast food chains. I know a couple who fast food consume each and every day ! On top of that they are "health" concerned folks which makes them fairly full of bull.
