Im Jamaican I don't care for jamaican roast beef love the american roast beef done rare—- with a nice dry rum on the outside. Try it dot be turned off by eating pink beef.
This is not authentic Jamaican pot roast. It's done on a stove top and seared first.
You really have it going on. I cook mine way different. So many good elements. i basically roast/bake it in the oven covered in tin foil until all those flavors meld together as one. i plan on making it tomorrow for dinner. It's my man's birthday . Can't wait. I'm Going out now to get cupcakes. Bye.
