Traditional pho can take DAYS to make from scratch, but Jet’s version is ready in only hours (and totallllly doesn’t skimp on any flavor!). Check back for a new …
I'm from England and have only just discovered Jet. Wish I had done ages ago because he's a real find !! I've made Pho in the past and it does, indeed, take forever. This "Cheats" Pho is what I've been looking for. I'm off to the shops now to get some of the goodies…and then I'm DONE. Great video, great presenter……I'm hooked.
looks like danny
I love you???
I made pho last night and was not sure what the family would think of it. used shaved beef but made Asian seasoned pork meatballs b/c some ppl just can't handle raw meat in their bowl (!?). omg! they loved it. forgot to post a pic for my niece (you know her, btw) so she could check out my first attempt. will one day make 2 day broth just for fun but this was amazing! definitely a do-over!
Awesome video for a quick pho meal!
Food Network needs to hire more ethnic chefs! Not just white smh.
Ive made this and, as many comments suggested, roasted the spices, the onion and ginger. It wasnt exactly like the pho i know from my fave pho place BUT it was delicious, flavorful and super quick and easy to put together. So if youre pressed for time i can strongly recommend this 🙂
tried this recipe the same day I watched it for the first time and it worked beautifully! thanks bruv
Smh
I stopped wathching after he said 2 hour pho.
What no meatball?
First time watching one of your videos, and omg I’m so happy I found this channel! 😋
How did this taste for y'all that tried this out? I want to try it myself!
Yes!!! Finally a quick & easy pho recipe!!!! Can’t wait to try it!
Pho takes 48 hours to cook?? Wtf
Decent recipe bro 🙂 if you want to increase the flavours….. gently roast the ginger, star anise, clove and cinnamon before you cheese cloth them for a more complex punch of these aromatics.
Also you can make a decent pho broth in 4-8 hours using boiled bones that have collagen bits in it (and the longer the better) but this is a much faster way to cook pho so good trade off. Cheers!
OFF THE HOOK! Thank You
Wrist game on point👌
I grew up in San Jose CA & I love Pho!
I love your videos but please translate comment in french ! Thank you very much 😉
I would actually do this and still roast some bones to make my stock. And instead of 14 hours, I'd do maybe 2-4 hours to make the stock richer. Thanks for this!
What can I used instead of beef base? I don’t even know what that is 😅
Nice Patek
thats still too much work.
I don't mind what you're doing, but you can't call this pho. It's just beef soup. Pho takes at least a day to make.
TIL that all these years I've been pronouncing "pho" wrong.
Now this I can do! Pho is my favorite soup
3:08. Hahaha
This was sooo delicious 😍
