    2 cups Basmati Rice
    3 cups water
    2 cups vegetable
    1 medium sliced onion
    1/4 cup oil
    3-4 green chillies
    2 veggie stock cubes (Optional)
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp black pepper
    Whole spices : 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp whole black pepper, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 1 black cardamon, 1 star anise, 1 bay leaf.
